Turn on Chatter feed tracking for these objects so that record updates are available in
a feed on the record page: Benefit Assignment, Benefit Schedule, Benefit Session, Referral. Also,
enable Chatter on the provider site so that providers can view the feeds.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Chatter, and then select
Feed Tracking.
From the list of objects, select Referral.
Select Enable Feed Tracking.
Select Authorization Status, and any other fields that you want to
track.
Similarly, enable chatter feed tracking for the other objects.
Save your changes.
Enable Chatter on the Provider Site

To customize an Experience Cloud site:
Be a member of the site AND have the Create and Set Up Experiences
permission
OR
Be a member of the site AND be an experience admin, publisher, or
builder in that site AND have the View Setup and Configuration permission
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and
then select All Sites.
Next to your site name, click Workspaces.
Select Administration, and then select
Preferences.
Under General, give guest users access to public Chatter API requests.
Save your changes.
