          Benefit Recertification Flow Prerequisites

          Before you set up the benefit recertification guided flow in Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions), complete the prerequisites.

          Required Editions

          1. Complete the Benefit Management Prerequisites.
          2. Deploy the Benefit Management Discovery Framework Template.
            Important
            Important Make sure that you deploy version v5 of the sample template.
          3. Set up the Benefit Application Intake flow.
          4. Create an Apex Class to Identify Incomes of Removed Household Members.
          5. Add the Start Recertification From field to the Benefit page layout. See Customize Page Layouts with the Enhanced Page Layout Editor.

          Enable Data Pipelines

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To enable Data Pipelines: Customize Application AND Data Pipelines Base User
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Pipelines, and then select Get Started.
          2. Turn on Data Pipelines.
