            Conduct Vetting Evaluations for a Selected Applicant

            For each vetting evaluation, work with the applicant and vetting agencies to complete the vetting assessments, and then record the outcome of the evaluation.

            Required Editions

            To update vetting evaluations: Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
            To complete vetting assessments:

            Dynamic Assessment Access

            AND

            Industries Assessment

            AND

            Action Plans

            AND

            Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment Management.
            2. From the app’s navigation menu, select Vetting Evaluations, and then select the record.
            3. On the Assessments tab, select an assessment task.
            4. Answer the assessment questions.
            5. If your assessment responses are based on a report or document from a vetting agency or from the applicant, on the Files related list, upload the file for future reference.
            6. If necessary, review the assessment responses.
              1. On the Related tab, select an assessment from the Assessments related list.
              2. On the assessment’s record page, click the Related tab, and then view the assessment questions and responses on the Assessment Question Responses related list.
            7. Update the vetting evaluation’s outcome based on the assessment responses.
