Create an Action Plan Template for a Job Application
Create an action plan template and add intake form sections for each section to include
in a job application. Link each intake form section to a relevant application stage
definition.
From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plan Templates.
Click New.
Enter a name and description for the action plan template.
Select Industries as the action plan type.
Select Application Form as the target object.
Save your changes.
Add an intake form section.
On the action plan template record page, on the Items tab, click New Intake
Form Section.
Enter a name for the intake form section.
In Application Stage Definition, search for and select the application stage definition
for the section to include in the form.
If the section is mandatory for applicants to complete, select
Required.
Save your changes.
Similarly, add more intake form sections to the template, and reorder them as
desired.
Publish the template.
