            Create an Application Stage Definition and Application Render Methods

            Define a form section by creating an application stage definition. Create the application render methods for the editable and read-only views of the section.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create application stage definition and application render methods: Form Framework Manager
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Application Stage Definitions.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a name and description for the form section.
            4. Select Form Framework as the type.
            5. In Edit Type Application Render Method, click, and then search for and select an existing application render method, or select New Application Render Method. For a new application render method, specify these details.
              1. Enter a name and description for the edit type render method.
              2. In Method Record, search for and select the Omniscript for the section.
              3. Select Omniscript as the method type.
              4. Select Form Framework as the usage type.
              5. Save your changes.
            6. In View Type Application Render Method, click, and then search for and select an existing application render method, or select New Application Render Method. For a new application render method, specify these details.
              1. Enter a name and description for the view type render method.
              2. In Method Record, select Omni UI Card as the record type, and then search for and select the Flexcard for the section.
              3. Select Flexcard as the method type.
              4. Select Form Framework as the usage type.
              5. Save your changes
            7. Save the application stage definition.
