Recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers can quickly look at the key details from a
job application on the application summary pane. Recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and
applicants can use the application review pane to check all the information and supporting
documents in a job application.
In the Talent Recruitment Management data model, the information from a job
application is stored in multiple objects. The application summary and the application review
panes simplify the application screening and review tasks for users by consolidating and showing
the data from these objects.
The application summary pane is preconfigured on these pages.
Talent Recruitment Management app: On the Application Processing tab of an
application form’s record page.
Employee Site: On the Details tab of an application form’s record page.
An Omnistudio Flexcard shows the application summary. An Omnistudio Data Mapper gets
the data that the Flexcard shows. Customize these components to show the details relevant to your
users in the application summary.
Users can access the application review pane in one of these ways.
Career Site: Applicants can see the application review pane on the Details tab of
an application form’s record page.
Talent Recruitment Management app: Recruiters and HR specialists can click the
Review Application button on the application summary header to see the
application review pane.
Employee Site: Hiring managers and interviewers can click the Review
Application button on the application summary header to see the application review
pane.
A nested set of Omnistudio Flexcards shows the consolidated job application
information in the application review pane. Omnistudio Integration Procedures and Data Mappers
get the data that Flexcards show. If you customized the job application guided flow, modify the
Omnistudio components for the application review pane so that users can access the details and
documents that applicants provide in the job application.
