Enable constituents to chat with an AI-powered agent to get accurate, timely answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about your public sector hiring process, agency culture, and work policies.
The Constituent Agent for Recruitment Assistance is an AI-powered bot designed for your career portal. It assists candidates by answering generic questions about your agency and guiding them through general recruitment inquiries.
The agent uses these technologies to assist users:
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): The agent answers candidate FAQs by retrieving information directly from your agency’s unstructured documents, such as policy manuals, FAQ documents, and mission statements. You provide these documents to the agent through the Agentforce Data Library. This process makes sure that the agent's answers are grounded in your specific, approved content. To ensure transparency, the agent provides Source Citation (Grounding) by displaying the specific document and section used to generate the answer.
Set Up the Recruitment FAQ Agent Set up and deploy the Recruitment FAQ agent on your Experience Cloud site to assist potential job applicants.
