          1. From the object management settings for an object, go to Fields & Relationships.
          2. Select the picklist field that you want to update.
          3. Select the record of the applicant to be assessed.
          4. In the Values section, click New.
          5. In the text box, on separate lines, enter the values that you want to add.
          6. Save your changes.
