Create a Job Posting
Create a job posting for an approved recruitment requisition. Add the overview, summary, and duties content that you want to include in the posting.

In Talent Recruitment Management, the recruitment posting record stores information about a job posting, such as the target portal and status. The recruitment content section records store the content that you want to include in the job posting. The recruitment posting content section records associate recruitment content sections with a recruitment posting. Use the Create Recruitment Posting guided flow to quickly add the information about a job posting and the content that you want to include in its sections, and then creates the required records for the job posting.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment Management.
- From the app’s navigation menu, select Recruitment Requisitions.
- Select the recruitment requisition that you want to create the job posting for.
- On the Recruitment Postings related list, click New Posting.

Enter the details for the recruitment posting.
- Select the candidate source key based on where you want to publish the job posting.

Select the posting type.
If the job posting is for your career site, select External.
- Select the status of the recruitment posting.

Select a start date for the job posting. If needed, select an end date.
Make sure that the end date is after the start date.
- If needed, enter a description for the job posting.
- Click Next.
The job posting can have three sections: Overview, Summary, and Duties. Next, select the content to be included in these sections. - For Section 1, select whether you want to use an existing section or create a new section.
- To use an existing section, search for the section by its name and select it. Then, click Next.
- For a new section, select whether you want to start with blank fields or with the fields from an existing section.

- Update the name, type, and status of the section.
- Select the start and end dates for the section.
- Select the language of your content.
- Update the description.
- Add your content in the Notes area. Use rich-text formatting, and add images and links to external sources.
- Click Next.

- Add a name, type, status, and description for the section.

- Click Next.
- Repeat the steps for Section 2 and Section 3. Make sure that you create a section for each of these types: Overview, Summary, Duties.
- Check the preview to make sure that your content reads and looks as intended.
- Save your job posting.

To request the hiring manager’s approval, on the recruitment posting record page, click
, and then select
Submit for Approval.
Make sure that the hiring manager has access to the recruitment posting, recruitment content sections, and the recruitment posting content sections for the job posting that you created. Your admin can help you with that.
