Create Vetting Evaluations for a Selected Applicant
After a selected applicant accepts the tentative offer, create vetting evaluations for
them. Add an action plan to a vetting evaluation to include the assessment tasks to be performed
for a vetting procedure.
To create action plans and include assessment tasks:
Dynamic Assessment Access
AND
Industries Assessment
AND
Action Plans
AND
Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
Before you begin, work with your admin to set up action plan templates for each vetting
procedure that you must conduct for the selected applicant.
From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment
Management.
From the app’s navigation menu, select Vetting Evaluations, and then
click New.
In Reference Record, search for and select the relevant recruitment requisition, position,
or job position.
In Subject, search for and select the applicant’s person account.
Select Not Started as the status.
Search for and select the application form that this vetting evaluation is related
to.
Select an effective start date for the vetting evaluation.
Save your changes.
Create an action plan for the vetting evaluation.
Click the Action Plans tab, and on the Action Plans list, click
New Plan.
Enter a name for the action plan and select a start date.
Select the action plan template for an applicable vetting procedure.
Click Next, and then save your changes.
Relate the vetting evaluation to the employment offer.
From the app’s navigation menu, select Employment Offer Vetting
Evaluations, and then click New.
Enter a name for the record.
Select the vetting evaluation and the related employment offer.
Save your changes.
Similarly, create additional vetting evaluations for the applicant.
