Customize the Person Account Page to Show Employee Information
Add the Employee Profile Card and Employee Details components to the Person Account
record page. These components provide your HR specialists quick access to employee
information.
To customize the Person Account record page for Talent Recruitment
Management:
Customize Application

Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
Edit the Person Account record page in Lightning App Builder.
Click Change to select a new template for the page.
Select Header and Left Sidebar.
Click Next, and then click Done.
From the Components tab, drag the Employee Profile Card
component to the left sidebar, above the Activity and Chatter components. The component
shows information from the person account and employee compact layouts. Customize these
layouts based on the details that you want to show your users.
On the page canvas, select the Tabs component, and in the component properties panel,
click Add Tab.
Click the newly added tab, and select Custom in the Tab Label dropdown list.
Enter Employee Overview in the Custom Label field, and then
click Done.
From the Components tab, drag the Employee Details component to
the Employee Overview tab.
Save your changes.
Click Activate.
Click the App, Record Type, and Profile tab, and then click
Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles.
Select the Talent Recruitment Management app to display the
person account record page, and then click Next.
The desktop and phone form factors are selected by default. Click
Next.
Select the Person Account record type, and click Next.
Select the profiles to show the record page to.
For example, select HR User and System
Administrator, and then click Next.
