Define Assessments for Talent Recruitment Management
Collaborate with recruiters and the hiring team to develop a comprehensive database of
assessments that enables hiring managers and interviewers in applicant evaluations and supports
recruiters in vetting evaluations.
Create assessment questions based on the assessment scenarios. You can create
assessment question categories for similar types of assessment questions, if required. For
each scenario, such as evaluating an applicant's interpersonal skills, define an omni
assessment task to systematically organize the questions according to your needs. Finally,
create action plan templates that serve as checklists, incorporating the relevant assessment
questions. For instance, devise an action plan template for hiring managers to use when they
evaluate an intern, which includes a structured list of all pertinent questions they should
ask. Similarly, create distinct action plan templates for various vetting procedures, such as
Background Checks, Health Examinations, and Reference
Checks.
For an applicant evaluation use case, select Application Form Evaluation as the target
object. For vetting procedure evaluations, use Vetting Procedure Evaluation as the target
object.
Recruiters must create an action plan for each
action plan template. Hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters then use these action
plans to conduct their evaluations.
