Filter Job Applications for a Recruitment Requisition
Search for job applications based on criteria such as the applicant’s education
qualifications, the stage in the application processing, and the status of the employment offer.
Refine search results further to view applications for a particular job position or location, and
from a certain applicant.
From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment
Management.
From the app’s navigation menu, select Recruitment Requisitions, and
then select the desired record.
On the Application Form Relations related list, click Search.
Specify the search criteria.
To view applications related to the recruitment requisition, search for and select a
requisition ID.
To view applications submitted in response to a particular job posting, search for and
select a recruitment posting ID.
Enter the value in one or more of these fields: Application Form Stage, Employment Offer
Status, Last Evaluation Decision, Candidate Source Key, and Applicant Qualification.
Click Search.
Apply filters to narrow down the search results further. Enter the value in one or more of
these fields.
Location Name
Job Position Name
Application Form Name
Applicant Name
Applicant Email
To view an application form, click its name in the search results.
