Give recruiters a guided flow to quickly create recruitment postings for approved
requisitions. Recruiters can specify whether the posting is for internal or external use, and the
portal where they want to publish it. And create the content to be included in the posting or
reuse previously created content.
Recruiters can start the guided flow from the Recruitment Postings related list on the record
page of an approved recruitment requisition. They can use the guided flow to:
Add information about a recruitment posting: its type and status, the target portal, and the
effective start and end dates.
Create three sections of content to be included in the recruitment posting:
Overview: A quick introduction to the organization and the department that has the
opening.
Summary: An outline of the role's scope, perks, and requirements.
Duties: A detailed description of the role and its responsibilities.
The content can include rich text, images, and links to external content, such as videos
published on your organization’s website. Recruiters can also reuse existing content sections or
start with the content from an existing section and update the details.
The guided flow also gets the external vacancy title and requisition ID from the recruitment
requisition.
Recruiters can preview the posting, verify the content, styles, and other details, and save
their changes.
When a recruiter saves a posting, the guided flow creates these records.
A recruitment posting record to capture the details of the posting.
Recruitment content section records for the sections that the recruiter created.
Three recruitment posting content section records to relate the recruitment content sections
to the recruitment posting.
Public Sector includes the Omnistudio components for:
The Create Recruitment Posting guided flow.
The Flexcard that previews the posting as it would appear on an Experience Cloud site that’s
created from the Applicant Site for Recruitment template.
The Flexcard that shows a published posting on an Experience Cloud site that’s created from
the Applicant Site for Recruitment template.
Review the components with your recruitment team and customize them as required.
Create Recruitment Posting Flow Components Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions) includes these components for the Create Recruitment Posting guided flow. You can create and use custom Omniscript components to include additional requirements, such as competencies and qualifications.
Map Your Omniscript to the New Posting Action The New Posting quick action on the Recruitment Postings related list runs the Recruitment/CreatePosting - Create Recruitment Posting Omniscript. If you created your own Omniscript, configure the New Posting action to run your Omniscript by using the Create Recruitment Posting Flow custom setting.
Use Your Own Flexcard to Preview Recruitment Postings The Create Recruitment Posting guided flow uses the RecruitmentShowPostingPreview Flexcard to show recruiters how a recruitment posting appears on your Experience Cloud site for job seekers. To use a customized Flexcard for the preview, update the Recruitment Posting Preview custom setting.
