          Make a Hiring Decision

          After the hiring team evaluates an applicant, review the team's feedback with the hiring manager and make a hiring decision. Update the status of the application form based on the decision.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To review assessments: Industries Assessment
          To update application forms: Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment Management.
          2. From the app’s navigation menu, select Application Forms, and then select an application form that’s in the evaluation stage.
          3. On the Evaluation tab, select an application form evaluation.
          4. On the application form evaluation’s record page, click the Related tab, and from the Assessments list, select the assessment submitted by the evaluator.
          5. On the assessment’s record page, click the Related tab, and in the Assessment Question Responses list, view the evaluator’s responses to the assessment questions.
          6. Review the feedback with the hiring manager.
          7. Similarly, review the feedback for the remaining application form evaluations.
          8. Return to the application form’s record page.
          9. If the hiring manager and interviewers approve the applicant, update the status of the application form to Employment Offer. If not, update the status to Closed.
