Make a Tentative Employment Offer to a Selected Applicant
For an applicant approved by the hiring team, create a tentative employment offer.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment Management.
- From the app’s navigation menu, select Employment Offers, and then click New.
- Enter a name for the employment offer.
- In Recipient, search for and select the applicant’s person account.
- In Manager, search for and select the manager’s person account.
- Search for and select the job position that the employment offer is for.
- Select Tentative as the type.
- Select the date and time when the employment offer is made to the applicant.
- Select an expiration date for the offer.
- Select Rolled Out as the status.
- Search for and select the application form that this offer is related to.
- Search for and select the pay grade that you want to offer to the applicant.
- Enter the pay that you want to offer to the applicant.
- Save your changes.

Share the employment offer with the applicant.
- Click Sharing.
- To select the user that you want to share the record with, select Customer Portal User, and then search for and select the applicant.
- Save your changes.

Seek the applicant’s response to the offer.
For example, on the Chatter feed, ask the applicant to add a comment before the offer expiration date to indicate whether they accept the offer or not.
