          Work with hiring managers to create requisitions and job postings for vacancies in your organization.

          • Create a Recruitment Requisition
            Work with the hiring manager to create a recruitment requisition for a vacant job position and submit it for the hiring manager’s approval.
          • Approve a Recruitment Requisition
            Review and approve a recruitment requisition from a recruiter or HR specialist so that they can proceed with creating the related recruitment postings.
          • Create a Job Posting
            Create a job posting for an approved recruitment requisition. Add the overview, summary, and duties content that you want to include in the posting.
          • Approve a Job Posting
            Review and approve a job posting from a recruiter or HR specialist, after which it’s queued to become available for applicants on the career site.
