The New Posting quick action on the Recruitment Postings related list runs the
Recruitment/CreatePosting - Create Recruitment Posting Omniscript. If you created your own
Omniscript, configure the New Posting action to run your Omniscript by using the Create
Recruitment Posting Flow custom setting.

To edit custom settings:
Customize Application
To edit profiles:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, and then
select Custom Settings.
For Create Recruitment Posting Flow, click Manage.
To specify the custom setting data for the first time, click New. To
edit existing data, click Edit.
Specify the language, type, and subtype of your Omniscript.
Save your changes.
Give recruiters access to the custom setting through their user profile.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and
then select Profiles.
Click the name of the profile that you want to edit.
Select Custom Setting Definitions, and then click
Edit.
Select Create Recruitment Posting Flow, and click
Add.
Save your changes.
