            Run the Omniscript to Create Application Records

            When someone applies to a job from a posting, run the Omniscript that creates an application form and related records.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone and customize Omnistudio Flexcards: Omnistudio Admin
            To customize or publish an Experience Cloud site:

            Be a member of the site AND have the Create and Set Up Experiences user permission

            OR

            Be a member of the site AND be an experience admin, publisher, or builder in that site
            1. Clone the RecruitmentShowLogInAndApplyButtons Flexcard and then customize your copy.
              1. In the cloned Flexcard, select the Apply button in the LoggedIn state.
              2. In the properties panel, expand Action.
              3. Update the osType and osSubType input parameters with the type and subtype of the Omniscript that creates application form and other records.
              4. Activate the Flexcard.
            2. Clone the ​​RecruitmentShowPosting Flexcard and then customize your copy.
              1. In the cloned Flexcard, replace RecruitmentShowLogInAndApplyButtons with the cloned Flexcard that you previously customized.
              2. Activate the Flexcard.
            3. Update your career site to use your copy of the ​​RecruitmentShowPosting Flexcard.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
              2. Click Builder for your career site.
              3. Click the The Pages icon icon, and then find and select the Recruitment Posting Detail page.
              4. Select the Flexcard component.
              5. In the properties panel, in Flexcard Name, select your copy of the ​​RecruitmentShowPosting Flexcard.
              6. Preview and publish the site.
