          Screen Job Applications

          After you search for and filter job applications, review the information provided in the applications based on the screening criteria.

          Required Editions

          To search for and screen job applications:

          Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access

          AND

          Criteria-Based Search and Filter

          1. Filter job applications for a recruitment requisition.
          2. Screen a job application.
            1. Select an application from the search results.
            2. On the application form’s record page, click the Application Processing tab and view the application summary.
            3. To verify the information and documents provided by the applicant, click Review Application.
            4. If the application meets the screening criteria, select Screened as the stage. Otherwise, select Closed.
          3. Similarly, screen the remaining applications.

          For the job applications that meet the screening criteria, work with the hiring manager to identify interviewers and set up evaluations for the applicant.
