Before job seekers can apply for a job, they must register as applicant users of your
career site. Create a flow to assign the required permissions to applicant users following their
registration. Start with the Assign Permission Sets to Applicants flow template and customize the
flow as required.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click Assign Permission Sets to Applicants.
Update the flow to use the applicant user profile that you created.
To view the Toolbox, click .
Under Resources, for the constant ApplicantUserProfileName, click , and then click Edit.
In Value, enter the name of the profile that you created.
For example, Applicant User.
Save your changes.
Click Save As New Flow.
Enter a label for the flow, such as Assign Applicant Permissions.
Press Tab to populate the API name.
Save and activate the flow.
