            Set Up Compliant Data Sharing for Talent Recruitment Management

            Configure compliant data sharing for the Application Form, Application Form Evaluation, and Recruitment Requisition objects to control user access to their records.

            Required Editions

            Compliant Data Sharing works when a supported object’s org-wide sharing default is Private or Public Read-Only. If the sharing default is set to Public Read/Write, everyone can access that object and Compliant Data Sharing has no effect on a participant’s access to a record.

            Enable Compliant Data Sharing for Objects and Create Participant Roles

            1. Enable compliant data sharing for Application Form, Application Form Evaluation, and Recruitment Requisition.
            2. Create these participant roles.
              participant role Application Form Application Form Evaluation Recruitment Requisition
              HR Specialist Read/Write Read/Write Read/Write
              Hiring Manager Read Only Read Only Read/Write
