            Set Up Related Lists for Talent Recruitment Management

            Add related lists to the page layouts of the Talent Recruitment Management objects to simplify the workflows for recruiters and HR specialists.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To modify page layouts: Customize Application

            Here are some related lists to add for your users:

            object related list
            Application Form
            • Application Form Participants
            • Employment Offers
            • Vetting Evaluations
            Application Form Evaluation
            • Assessments
            • Application Form Evaluation Participants
            Recruitment Requisition
            • Job Position Recruitment Requisitions
            • Recruitment Postings
            • Recruitment Requisition Participants
            Recruitment Posting Recruitment Posting Content Sections
            Vetting Evaluation
            • Assessments
            • Files
            1. From the object management settings for recruitment requisitions, go to Page Layouts.
            2. Click the name of the layout that you want to edit.
            3. In the palette, click Related Lists.
            4. Drag the Recruitment Postings related list from the palette to the Related Lists section on the layout.
            5. Save your changes.
            6. Similarly, add the other related lists.
