          Set Up the Recruitment FAQ Agent

          Set up and deploy the Recruitment FAQ agent on your Experience Cloud site to assist potential job applicants.

          Required Editions

          1. Create and activate the agent.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agents, and then select Agentforce Agents.
            2. Select Create from Template and select Agentforce Service Agent.
            3. Select the Recruitment FAQ subagent.
            4. Configure the welcome message to include the disclaimer notifying the end user that they are interacting with an AI and that the output may need verification.
            5. Activate the agent.
          2. Set up user access for the Digital Agent user.
            The agent runs in the context of the Digital Agent user.
            1. Assign the AgentforceForPublicSectorPslForAIAgents permission set license to the Digital Agent user.
          3. Deploy the agent to your Experience Cloud site.
            1. From Experience Builder, add the Embedded Messaging component to your career portal.
            2. Route conversations to your agent by creating an inbound Omni-Channel flow.
            3. In the flow's Route Work action, select Agentforce Service Agent as the type and select your specific Recruitment FAQ agent.
