          Set Up the Respond to Claim Flow

          Activate the Integration Procedures and the Omniscript guided flow that employer representatives use to verify claims and provide required information. Configure the custom setting that makes the flow available on your social insurance Experience Cloud site.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To activate Integration Procedures and Omniscripts: OmniStudio Admin
          To edit custom settings: Customize Application
          To access the Benefit Recertification Flow custom setting: Program and Benefit Management Access

          Activate the Integration Procedures to Get Employee-Provided Information

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omnistudio Integration Procedures.
          2. Expand SocialInsurance/CheckClaimResponseStatus, and then select CheckClaimResponseStatus (Version 1).
          3. In the Structure panel, select Procedure Configuration.
          4. Click Activate Version.
          5. Repeat the steps to activate these Integration Procedures.
            • SocialInsurance/LoadEmployeeResponsesForVerification - LoadEmployeeResponsesForVerification (Version 1)
            • SocialInsurance/GetContentDocumentsForEmployeeFiles - GetContentDocumentsForEmployeeFiles (Version 1)

          Activate the Integration Procedure to Capture Employer Responses

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Installed Packages, and then select Installed Packages.
          2. Make note of the namespace prefix for the Omnistudio package.
          3. From the App Launcher, find and select Omnistudio Integration Procedures.
          4. Expand SocialInsurance/CreateIndividualApplicationForClaimResponse, and then select CreateIndividualApplicationForClaimResponse (Version 1).
          5. At the bottom of the Structure panel, select Save-Responses.
          6. In the Properties panel, confirm that the Remote Class is <Omnistudio-namspace-prefix>.StoreResponses. If necessary, edit it to include the namespace prefix for your installed Omnistudio package.
          7. In the Structure panel, select Procedure Configuration.
          8. Click Activate Version.

          Activate the Respond to Claim Omniscript

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omniscripts.
          2. Expand SocialInsurance/RespondToClaim, and then select Respond to Claim (Version 1).
          3. Click Activate Version.

          Make the Respond to Claim Flow Available to Employer Representatives

          The Social Insurance Claim Flow custom setting determines the Omniscript guided flow that’s available to employer representatives when they respond to a claim on your Experience Cloud site. Update the custom setting to specify the type, subtype, and name of the Omniscript.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, and then select Custom Settings.
          2. For Social Insurance Claim Flow, click Manage.
          3. To specify the custom setting data for the first time, click New. To edit existing data, click Edit.
          4. Specify these details about the Omniscript.
            1. For Language, enter English.
            2. For Subtype, enter RespondToClaim.
            3. For Type, enter SocialInsurance.
          5. Save your changes.

          Make sure to enable access to the Social Insurance Claim Flow custom setting in the profile that you set up for your Experience Cloud site users.
