          Build a Social Insurance Experience Cloud Site in Public Sector

          Create an Experience Cloud site where constituents can file and track claims for social insurance benefits.

          To help you build a social insurance portal for your constituents, Public Sector provides an Experience Cloud site template with these preconfigured pages and components.

          • Injured workers can access the File a Claim flow on the Claims | File a Claim page.
          • Workers can find filed claims and track their status in a list view on the Claims | View Claims.
          • Employer representatives can also find filed claims in the list view on the Claims | View Claims page. To verify a claim, they use the Respond action for the claim to start the Respond to Claim flow.
