            Review application forms to shortlist candidates for a job position. Share the application form with hiring managers for further screening and evaluation.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed

            To summarize and share applications with Agentforce:

            Recruiter Agent Access permission set

            AND

            Agentforce for Public Sector permission set

            AND

            Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment Management.
            2. From the app’s navigation menu, select Application Forms, and then select an application form record.
            3. To open the agent panel, click the Agentforce icon.
            4. Interact with the agent using utterances.
              For example:
              • Provide a summary of the application details.
              • Can you summarize the details in the application?
              • Share this application form with all hiring managers.
              • Will you send the application to the hiring managers?
