            Enable Notes in Public Sector Solutions

            Turn on Salesforce Notes so that inspectors, case workers, and others can use it to write down their findings.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Notes: View Setup and Configuration AND Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Notes and then select Notes Settings.
            2. Select Enable Notes.
            3. Save your work.
