Add Recertification Due Date to Benefit Assignments
Finds benefit assignments without a recertification due date. Calculates the recertification due date for each benefit assignment based on the benefit’s recertification frequency, and updates the recertification due date in the benefit assignment record.
          Identify Benefit Assignments Pending Recertification
Finds benefit assignments for which constituents haven’t recertified. If constituents can recertify for a benefit assignment, sets the recertification status of the benefit assignment to Pending.
          Identify Lapsed Benefit Assignments
Finds benefit assignments whose recertification status is Pending and whose recertification due date has passed. Updates the benefit assignments’ recertification status to Lapsed.

Create a Flow to Regularly Run a Benefit Recertification Data Processing Engine Definition

Create a schedule-triggered flow that runs your cloned Data Processing Engine definition.

To run the Data Processing Engine definitions at the same time, create a common schedule-triggered flow with three Data Processing Engine actions. To run the Data Processing Engine definitions at different times, create a schedule-triggered flow for each Data Processing Engine definition.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. Click New Flow.
          3. In the New Flow window, select Start From Scratch, and then click Next.
          4. Select Schedule-Triggered Flow, and then click Create.
          5. In the Set a Schedule window, enter a start date, start time, and frequency, and then close the window.
          6. Add the Action element to the canvas.
          7. In the Action window, for Category, select Data Processing Engine, and then search for and select your Data Processing Engine definition.
          8. Enter a Label and an API Name for the action, and then close the window.
          9. Save and activate your flow.
The definition runs on the schedule you set. Track its progress and status by using Monitor Workflow Services.
