          Use Case Analytics in Public Sector

          Gain insights into how long it takes to process a case and help ensure that you meet service-level agreement requirements.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To access cases: Public Sector Access
          To view the Case Analytics dashboard: CRM Analytics Plus User AND TCRM for Public Sector User permission sets
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
          2. Select a record.
          3. Use the charts in the Case Analytics dashboard to answer these questions:
            • How many days has the case spent in each status?
            • How many days have been spent to process the case?
