by adding a signature to your PDFs.

of Revenue Management(formerly Revenue Cloud) where Quotes are enabled
Before a user can sign a document, make sure that the template is configured to support it.
The signature component for quotes is only available in FSL enabled orgs. Follow the Document Builder set up steps to add a signature
component to your template.
In the edit preview mode, review your quote details.
Click the Add Signaturebutton. In the signature window, enter your
Full Name.
Use either of the signature methods:
Text-Based: Select to have your typed name converted into a stylized digital
signature.
Manual: Use your mouse (web) or finger or stylus (mobile app) to manually draw your
signature.
Click Save. The signature is reflected within the document editor
view.
Click Preview PDF to see the paginated view of the document with the
signature positioned.
Click Create PDF to save the signed document to the quote’s related
list.
