Modify the subscription end date for termed assets during amendments and renewals to
lengthen or shorten a subscription's term. This flexibility helps you accommodate evolving
customer needs within the Agentforce Revenue Management asset lifecycle.

User Permissions Needed
To change end dates on amendments or renewals:
Amend Assets and Renewal Assets permissions
Important This feature applies exclusively to termed subscriptions. Users can’t
modify terms for evergreen subscriptions.
From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
Select an asset on the Managed Assets Viewer on the Assets tab.
Select the termed subscription asset to amend, and click
Amend.
Create an amendment quote or order.
On the quote line item (QLI) or order line item (OLI), adjust the subscription end date by
modifying these fields.
End Date: The new end date for the subscription.
Subscription Term: The subscription term unit determines the
length of the subscription.
Run the Quote-to-Order process to finalize your quote changes
and convert them into an order.
