          Create a Document from a Quote

          Create and share a PDF document directly from the quote page.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions of Revenue Cloud where Transaction Management is enabled

          To view quotes: Read on quotes
          Note
          Note Quote documents show all root products. They show only the child products whose Quote Visibility field isn't selected, is set to Always, or is set to Quote Document Only. See Manage Product Relationships in Agentforce Revenue Management.
          1. On the quote record page, click Show more actions, and then select Create PDF.
          2. Click Save to Quote or Save and Email Quote.
            Saved PDF documents are added to the Quote PDFs related list. You can use the Email PDF action in the related list to share the documents.
            Note
            Note Quote PDFs generated by using Create PDF use the org default quote document template. To change the template used for quote PDFs, create or update a quote document template in Document Builder and assign it as the default. Assigning a different template as the default overrides the previously assigned template. Only one default quote document template can be active per org at a time.
