For runtime setup, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and select it. Set up record sharing by using Organization-Wide Defaults or Sharing Rules for these entities to suit your security requirements. For example, set up record sharing by granting Public ReadOnly access to these entities.
Assign the Rate Management Run Time User permission set to runtime users to provide Read access to relevant objects.
This completes the basic setup for Rate Management. To proceed with the rest of the Revenue Cloud setup, see Set Up Agentforce Revenue Management.
