          Remove Pricing Condition Records

          Delete old pricing condition records with incorrect IDs from complex pricing condition tables. This step is required only if the you have a trial or an IDO org.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To remove pricing condition records:

          CGCloud Business Admin

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Business Admin

          1. Log in to Salesforce Data Loader with your username and password.
          2. Click Export.
          3. Find and select the Salesforce object cgcloud_dev__CP_Pricing_Condition_c.
          4. In Choose a target for extraction, type extract.csv.The Export window showing the selected Salesforce object and the target file for extraction.
          5. Click Browse to select a location in your local drive and then click Next.
          6. In Choose the query fields below, select Id.The Export window showing the options to select the ID.
          7. Click Finish and then click Yes.
          8. Click OK. The extract.csv file shows pricing condition tables.
          9. In the Salesforce Data Loader home page, click Delete.
          10. Find and select the Salesforce object cgcloud_dev__CP_Pricing_Condition_c.
          11. In Choose CSV file, click Browse and select the file extract.csv.The Load Deletes window showing the selected Salesforce object and the target file.
          12. Click Next and then click OK.
          13. Click Create or Edit a Map to map the CSV column header with the Salesforce object field name.The Load Deletes window showing the options to create or edit a map.
          14. Map the ID, click OK, and then click Next.
          15. Select a location on your local drive, click Finish, and then click Yes.
          16. Click OK.
          17. In the Data Loader home page, click Export.
          18. Find and select the Salesforce object cgcloud_dev__CP_Pricing_Condition_c.
          19. In Choose a target for extraction, type extract1.csv.The Export window showing the different target file for extraction.
          20. Click Browse to select a location on your local drive and then click Next.
          21. In Choose the query fields below, select Id.
          22. Click Finish and then click Yes.
          23. Click OK. The extract1.csv file is empty.
