            Understand the Sample Visit Recommendation Flow

            This sample visit recommendation flow shows how to get recommendations that cater to your business needs.

            Required Editions

            Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.

            To see the sample flow, in Flow Builder, go to Visit Recommendation - Sample Flow. Activate the flow before using it. To activate the flow, open the sample flow, click Save As, then click Activate.

            Visits are recommended if these criteria are met:

            • Promotions
              • If a promotion is scheduled after {n} days
              • Start date of the promotion >= today + {n}
            • Cases
              • If a case was opened in the last {x} weeks, and if a visit wasn’t made since the last case was opened
              • Last visited date - Last case open date <= 0
            • Store compliance
              • If a given store was identified as out of stock in the last {x} out {y} visits
              • The store wasn’t visited in the last {n} days
