            Add Visits to the Retail Store Related List

            With Visits added to the Retail Store related list, you can see all the visit-related information for a retail store. You can also create visits from the related list. The default fields for the related list are VisitID, Visit Date, Visitor, and Visit Priority. You can change the field defaults to your business requirements.

            Required Editions

            Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
            1. From Setup, go to Object Manager and in the Quick Find box, enter Retail Storeand select a Retail Store.
            2. Click Page Layouts and then click Retail Store Layout..
            3. Click Related Lists.
            4. Drag Visits from the top section to the Related List section.
            5. Save your changes.
