embed in Lightning Experience pages. These dashboards provide detailed insights into your account,
including account performance, and last visit. Your Salesforce admin embeds these dashboards in
specific Salesforce pages.
Required Editions
Available for an additional cost in: Enterprise, Performance, and
Unlimited editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled.
Last Account Visit
The Last Account Visit Performance Dashboard gives managers and sales representatives
account-level insights to track the improvement in the account’s performance from prior visits.
Here are examples of questions that the dashboard can answer:
What’s the revenue of the account?
How compliant is the account?
What’s the audit completion rate?
Account Insights
The Account Insights dashboard provides the Sales Manager an overview of a specific account and
its performance based on compliance, account visits, open cases, retail execution KPIs, and
sales trending. Here are examples of questions that the dashboard can answer:
What are the account’s top-selling products?
How are the account's visits, compliance, retail execution KPIs, and sales trending?
How many support cases are still open?
My Performance
The My Performance dashboard provides the sales
representatives insights to analyze their performance based on the team's average performance,
sales made across different product categories, productive store visits, and store compliance.
Use the dashboard to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Here are
examples of questions that the dashboard can answer:
What's my sales revenue?
What's my team's average sales revenue?
How compliant are the stores I'm visiting?
Which are the high-performing product categories based on sales?
How many productive store visits have I made?
Whitespace Analysis
The Whitespace Analysis dashboard provides a quick
insight into the unused opportunities available in the stores to improve product sales and
revenue. Here are examples of questions that the dashboard can answer:
Which stores have the potential to sell the top-selling products?
How does a product perform in the store based on sales revenue and quantity?
