          How it Works

          Users can ask the assistant for a summary of a store's past compliance. The agent evaluates completed visits, related audits (store, product, and asset), and active customer tasks to generate a report on the store's consistency and compliance history.

          Account Compliance Considerations

          These considerations define how the Get Retail Execution Visits By Account and Get Retail Execution Customer Tasks By Account actions in the topic filter visit data and tasks in the compliance summary.

          • Visit Scope: The agent only retrieves visits with a Completed status within a given time frame.
          • Configurable Visit Types: The visits are filtered based on visit types configured in the Account_Visit_History_Visit_Types custom system setting. The default types are Sales and Merchandizing.
          • Included Survey and Audit Data: The visit data includes details from related store audits, product surveys, and asset audits.
          • Task Status Filter: The agent retrieves customer tasks that are in the Initial or Released phases.
          • Task Date Filtering: The agent supports optional date range filtering based on both the customer task's creation date and its due date.
