          Billing Considerations for Agentforce

          Usage of Agentforce features can impact credit consumption against these credit types.

          Agentforce Employee agents use generative AI in prompt executions and use Data Cloud to ingest, store, and process data. Use of Agentforce Employee agents impacts the consumption of billing credits in these usage types. Before deployment, work with your Salesforce account team to confirm license availability and plan credit usage.

          Considerations for Agentforce on Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App

          • Agentforce works when you use the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app on a physical mobile device. Agentforce doesn't work in the Modeler simulator app.
          • Online mode required: Agentforce in Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app only works when the mobile device is in online mode. The Agentforce icon is disabled when the mobile device is offline.
          • Token management: If you get an invalid or expired token notification, log in again to resume your work.
          • Supported agent type: Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app only supports Agentforce Employee Agent type.
          • Connected app required: Agentforce in Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app works only with the default connected app Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App.
          • Data sync: Records created by your agent in the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app or Salesforce aren’t automatically available on the mobile app. Sync the data manually to the CG mobile app.
          • Localization: Localizing the Agentforce page in the mobile app isn’t supported.
          • Language Settings: Dynamic switching is not supported. If you need to add support for a new language, you'll have to request the Agentforce team to create it as a new feature.
          • Typos can lead to no response or incorrect response.
          • If a user changes their profile picture, they must log out and log back in to see the new image in the chat window. Optionally, clear the app's storage.
          • Animations do not play. If a user has an animated profile picture (GIF), it will appear as a still image in the chatbox.
