          How it Works

          Users can ask the assistant for the most recent visit. The agent consolidates and summarizes data from the latest completed visit, providing an overview that includes associated preorders, deliveries, invoices, and relevant customer tasks.

          These considerations define how the Get Retail Execution Visits By Account, Get Retail Execution Orders By Visit, and Get Retail Execution Customer Tasks By Account actions in the topic filter visit, order, and task data in the last visit summary.

          • Visit Scope: The agent retrieves the most recent Completed visit.
          • Configurable Visit Types: The visits are filtered based on visit types configured in the Account_Visit_History_Visit_Types custom system setting. The default types are Sales and Merchandizing.
          • Included Survey and Audit Data: The visit data includes details from related store audits, product surveys, and asset audits.
