Consider the functions of the users in your Salesforce org and the permissions they
need. Plan your hierarchy, identify your initial groups of users, and then set them up in your
org. We recommend that you create at least two permission sets, one for sales managers and the
other for field reps.

Sales Manager
Standard Retail Execution User. Ability to manage day-to-day Retail Execution processes
such as create visits, create tasks, and assign visits to field reps.
Field Rep
Limited ability to modify visits and tasks and capture records of store visits. Allow
your field reps to create visits by giving them the create permission for Visits
object.
Delivery Rep
Limited ability to modify visits and delivery tasks, and capture records of store
visits.
