            Enable Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud on Desktop App

            To get started with agents, enable the required org preferences on the desktop app from the Setup page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Agentforce in the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app: System Admin

            Before you begin, set up Einstein Generative AI and enable Agentforce. See Set Up Einstein Generative AI and Enable Agentforce.

            Review the considerations and limitations while using Agentforce in Retail Execution. See Considerations and Limitations.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Retail Execution Settings.
            2. Turn on Retail Execution.
            3. Turn on Consumer Goods Cloud Agents.

            Assign the required permissions to your users.
