          Enable Agentforce On Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App

          To turn on Agentforce in the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app, enable a sync setting.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          Before you begin, review the Considerations and Limitations for using Agentforce in the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Sync Configuration.
          2. In Sync Configuration, click Sync Settings.
          3. From the User Settings section of the Sync Settings page, select Integrate Agentforce in CG mobile app. Turn on Agentforce for either all users or specific users.

          Open the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app and verify that the agent icon appears on the header of the app pages.
