          Configure Default Mobile Theme

Apply the standard UI theme to your Consumer Goods offline mobile app.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

Consumer Goods Cloud offers two mobile themes out of the box: Salesforce Theme and Salesforce High Contrast Theme, also called as the core themes. In the Sync Management app, the admin can set one of these core themes as default. You cannot directly customize Salesforce themes. You can choose to either clone the core theme and tailor it, or create and apply your own custom themes. When multiple themes are active, sales reps can easily switch to their preferred theme on the offline mobile app.

To add a core theme or to apply the latest updates to a core theme after upgrading your Consumer Goods Cloud, do this.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Static Resources, and then select Static Resources.
          2. Download the Theme file.
This file's description is “This folder consists of mobile theme data”.
          3. Click View file.
          4. Extract the contents of the ZIP.
          5. Import the Salesforce_Theme.csv file.
          6. Attach the Salesforce_Theme_Icons.zip file to the imported theme.
When Salesforce updates the core themes, the changes aren't automatically applied to the custom or customized themes of a project. To apply the core theme updates, implement the changes manually. To know about updates to any core themes, see the Consumer Goods Cloud release notes. Check the list of the common errors while importing mobile app themes and the possible reasons or resolutions.
