            Enable Role Hierarchy

            Enable role hierarchy to let supervisors select their subordinates when creating visits.

            Required Editions

            Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box enter Custom Setting, and then click Organization Setting.
            2. Click Manage, and then click Edit.
            3. Clear Role Hierarchy Disabled.
              If this option isn’t selected, supervisors can select any user when they create visits. If this option is selected, supervisors can select only their subordinates when they create visits.
