            Enable Sharing for Operating Hours

            To provide all users access to Operating Hours, update the default access levels for operating hours. By default, the access to operating hours objects is Private.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To update the sharing settings for operating hours:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin

            Update the access levels for operating hours manually as in these steps or by using the sharing rules.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and then select Sharing Settings.
            2. From Manage Sharing Setting, select Operating Hours.
            3. In the Organization-Wide Defaults section, click Edit.
            4. For the Operating Hours object, modify the default internal access as Public Read/Write.
            5. Save your changes.
