Permission Set Licenses for Experience Cloud Site Users
To provide customers and partners access to Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud) functional areas from Experience Cloud sites, assign the necessary permission set licenses or permission sets.
Here’s the list of functional areas and their corresponding permission set licenses for users with the partner community and customer community plus licenses.

| Transaction Management | The Partner Community license provides access to Transaction Management tasks. To avoid metered charges on Revenue Events consumption, customers who purchase Revenue for Partner Community must assign the Revenue Management Partner Community to partner users. Customers who don’t purchase Revenue for Partner Community receive metered charges on Revenue Events consumption. |
The Customer Community Plus license provides access to Transaction Management tasks. For customers who purchase Revenue for Customer Community, usage is metered based on the applicable consumption model. |
