Use the embedded Account Insights dashboard on the Account page to view essential
customer billing data at a glance. This dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of the customer’s
financial standing, helping teams make informed decisions during account interactions.

The insights are provided based on the selected account, offering a quick and comprehensive
view of customer data.
The Account Summary section shows net account balance details, including outstanding
invoices, unapplied credits, and unapplied payments. This section helps users quickly understand
the customer’s current financial position.
The Aging Invoices section shows total invoice count, overdue invoices, average invoice age,
and invoice aging breakdown by days or overdue status. Users can filter the chart to focus on
aging categories, allowing for more targeted follow-up and collection efforts.
Note To manually embed the Account Insights dashboard into an account page,
open the page in the Lightning App Builder, click Edit, add the Dashboard component, select the
Account Insights dashboard, and set visibility to Account pages only to maintain proper
context.
Example A Sales Representative can use the Account Insights dashboard to review a customer’s
account balance, identify any outstanding invoices, and understand the status of credits or
payments.
