| Metric | description | calculation |

| Outstanding Invoice | The total amount owed by a customer across all invoices. | Sum of all unpaid invoice amounts. |
| Unapplied Credits | The total amount of credit available to the customer. | Sum of unapplied credits across the account. |
| Unapplied Payments | The total amount of payment that hasn't been used by the customer. | Sum of unapplied payments. |
| Account Balance | The net balance for the customer account, combining invoices and payments. | Outstanding Balance - Available Payments and Credits. |
| Unpaid Invoices | The number of invoices that have not been paid by the customer. | Count of invoices with overdue status. |
| Overdue Invoices | The number of invoices that are overdue for payment. | Count of invoices where the due date is past and payment is pending. |
| Average Invoice Age | The average age of unpaid invoices. | (Sum of days overdue for all unpaid invoices) / total number of unpaid invoices. |
